Mail account problem

I got a question i really wanna change my password on 1 of my accounts problem is this i havent got the email that is written anymoore ,but i had it renewed so i could send an acceptance to it to change email.

Now its over a week since i changed mail and it said an email will be sent to old mail for confirmation, still no mail has been sent to my old mail and soon im gonna have to renew my old mail again how long can this really take since change pass works instantly ?

It should have happened almost instantly as it's a totally automated system.
Check your spam and privacy settings to make sure that emails from noreply addresses aren't getting eaten or bounced to the junk folder. If everything seems to be ok, try changing it again to see what happens.

same question, just that i dont have access to my old inbox, it was shutdown by the ISP i had at that time. what to do?
