Like many other people, the billing system says I don't have a current licence, and the subscription section is grey'd out.

I have tried re-entering my cd-key, but it just tells me it has already been used (which it has, by me a month ago).

Can those of us that would like to continue playing WAR please get this fixed :)

Worked absolutely fine for me - don't re-enter key, go to the subscription bit.

I've just managed to get it to work. The problem was, all the subscription parts were grey'd out, so I couldn't go to them.

Someone else I know that has had the same issue tried on another system he uses, but it doesn't have FF installed, so he used IE, and it was fine, so I tried IE, and it was fine.

In Firefox, the sub box is still grey'd out, but not in IE.

Guildie had no visa confirm button in FF either, logged in using IE, confirm was there, but was locked out for an hour due to two failed attempts

Shockwave Flash 10.0 r12 and Firefox 3 here, the accounts area just doesn't work. IE seems to work okay.

Maybe they could just stick with a HTML site which works in any browser?

Seconded, thirded, and so on. Recent comments from Magnus implied that they knew there were issues with the site, but since some of us have been feeding back since June 2007 that the GOA website is an utter trainwreck and still nothing has been done, I wouldn't hold my breath...

Prolly one of the first things you check when making a website ^^ (how it reacts to the different browsers). Together with how it reacts to different screen resolutions.

Making an official site (completely) in flash is just a big no no. Save it for the screenshot/movie gallery or something...

Ye im sure it is a french issue....

It actually might be.

GOA is part of France Telecom. Due to wonderful french employment laws it is almost impossible to be fired from France Telecom.

What do English laws have to do with anything? GOA moved alot of their staff to Ireland which has completely different employment laws. It was even stated that this move was necessary in order to provide 24/7 support. However if the webpage is still being run from the Paris office, the designer might not know html but he can't get fired. He could even go and tell the customers they were borderline sociopaths and not get fired.

If I remember correctly only the CM's/GM's/support staff moved to Ireland, all servers and backroom staff stayed in France. Therefore no fixes over the weekend.

With Flash always make sure to clear your internet cache before doing anything. FF is better at that than IE
