Magic Resists Pierce from astifacts

I have some doubts about how this bonus works:

- wots the cap on it? think its +20% but not sure...

- theorically (not sure tho) you cant go below 0% magic resists with resist debuffs but, do Magic Pierce n debuff stack? I meant if a spirit cabby with 20% magic pierce from artis body-debuff a target, wot would be the final Body resist of the target?

- Currently there is no limit on how much piercing you can get... looking at items, it looks like the average go for 15-20% piercing

- it will be 0%, however most groups you encounter have 36-50% of your nuke resists, so it all adds up... I would love to see a hib tank get nuked for 500-600, even with druid and warden resists up /dribbles

altho i read on vnboards that resist pierce fucks debuffs up, lesser duration etc. Considering the source i'd like some testing on that
