any Armour crafter that can make 99%-Mp plate armour for my arms. i wnat the armour to be useable above lvl 25 preferably used to the 30's. i want i SC'd but don't got any temp.
THe arms is 2h specced saracen, so what i would mainly li8ke to have for SC is high str/con/hits bonus, the dex and qui bonus can come in second.
this is what i would like to have made at least.
