LVL and itamz

What lvl of jwlry/rings/bracers etc can you use to get full value of stats ?
FX, can a lvl 24 NS use a lvl 47 jewel and get full use of all the stats ?

lvl24 can use "most" lvl47 items.
for some reason my shade couldnt use a certian cloak, not sure what it was though, but it was lvl 47. But she could use lvl 47 gem

my shade can use a lvl 50belt but not a lvl 50 jewel

some items work, some dont, can only tell my testing it out i think its mainly quest items that dont work on very low levels, not sure

Pretty sure it's 2x your level. That jewel thing sounds weird tho.

things that high wear like basts, an evening in thid on my eldritch wore a DF staff from 100% to 79%.

We did some testing, and found that some lvl 50 items will work on lvl 24 chars, some lvl 47 ones wont. So far, everything with an imbue value of less than the char's level has worked ... so that's the theory we're currently going on.

Just a theory, though ... I got no idea how you calculate, say, utility points.
