lvl 43 and lvl 45 epic quests

According to DAoC Warcry, our Camelot trainers should give us quests at these levels. Having reached 46, I decided to go get them. But nothing. Nada. Zip. Bugger all. Do I want some bolts, he asked me. Nothing about rescuing damsels in distress, defending the realm, obtaining secret and marvellous treasures. Nope. Cheapo crossbow bolts.

Can anyone shed any light on this ?

They'll come in 1.49 or 1.50. Be patient.

No running around the realm for several hours? Shame

Just checked and they'll come in 1.49. If you want a decent new quest, just do the Secret Orders quest for now.

Hey, I LIKE running round the realm. It's such a relaxing break from the tensions and stress of organising groups and so on. I have been doing Secret Orders. Good fun too, although sadly the loot isn't as good as the stuff I have already. But that's a shame about the epics. Ho-hum. I'll just take the crossbow bolts then...

Coren, do you have a list of which quests is in what patch?
Its rather annoying to run from one end to another, just to find out, that your info from warcry, is infact 1.50

What level do I need to be to take on the Secret Orders quest and from where do I get it? I have herd of this quest before but just belived that it was given by your trainer.

Speak to Heather Barclay in Swanton Keep at level 41+ to obtain this quest, infil's get studded instead of leather , I've heard robed casters can't do the quest also

Necklace
Class Specific boots

if you read the walkthough for the quest it does mention what the rewards are, and it seems more for palys and armsmen, im sure it mentions the bug where you get the wrong armour for your class if inflitrator, a cleric with us when completing last part to get the boots didnt get the quest when she spoke to the women, who is on one of the towers at swanton keep.
to ruin it for you horse happy people its basicly swanton-camelot-swanton-stonehenge-swanton-ludlow-swanton-lyn barlog-snowfort-swanton-odins gate-swanton-hill near sursbrok i think it is-swanton. you get bracer seems ok,neckless not as good as pygmy, ring not bad and boots pretty good. Hardest part is odins gate you have to travel past first mg and to the left is a bandit camp just kill the wizard type there, after killing avoiding hibs and mids.
Palys who are of course less skilled seem to miss the stage where u have to find a man in arwantite camp just out side of snow fort below.

Well Nim I will hopefully get the quest on Wednesday if you wish to join me feel free I will probley have a few other Griffons with me. I am only realy after the story of the quest and maybe the boots for a guild friend so you will probley be able to have the other items.
