/lvl 20 (again)

Ello all ..

ive read a lot about this and its mostly people arguing about whos right or wrong so..

I want to make 2 alts:

1 lvl 19 for bg0
and one lvl 24 for bg1

Can i /lvl to 19 and go to BG0? or do i have to do somthing else like /lvl to 18 and then kill mobs to 19?

can i /lvl 20 and then go kill mobs till 24 and go to bg1 okay?

as i read about people not able to get into bg's due to lack of exp

anyone know for sure how to do it?~

you can only do /lvl 20, if you want to go to bg0 you'll have to lvl up to 19 the 'hard' way

edit: you can do /lvl 20 and then go to bg1 up til lvl 24

so what i read about people going up lvl by lvl was wrong?

people said they did it a lvl at a time at the trainer until they were lvl 19 and tried to go to bg0 but it wouldnt let them or some thing...

when i leveled to 20 i had to click on trainer for each level.... not sure about going bg tho

I thought you just did a /level and then your toon was lvled to the lvl assigned for the server? 20 or 30... Just how I understood it though, but what do I know, I'm just an Elf

I'm pretty sure hib/exc gets /level 30 tho, so dunno if we can actually insta-create bg1 chars...

It is /level and then press loads of times on ur trainer =)

heres the 411:

If you have a Level 50 on your account u can create any new character and get them to level 20 / 30 depending on servers Goa have determined underpopulated, to do so who go to your trainer and type /level (as i recall was placed on american servers) then you are informed you may now react level 20 or 30, to do so YOU click on your trainer to level, each time u click u gain a level and at level 5 u have to go to a class specific trainer (ofc).
Thus u can have a insta lvl 2-20/30 character, up to you, and one more thing, if u have the character alrdy created u may level to 20.5/30.5 so its in your best interest to make ur characters now, however im implore u not to get items as u will be given some (basically a lvl 20/30 training sword + armour) so gl and hf in ALL bgs if its /30 and in bg0 and bg1 if its /20
