Well, basically threads/questions like this one seem a bit silly to me at least. By the time you have finished typing your question and waited for answer you could very well be a few levels higher already. Besides, exploring the wolrd was at least imho one of the best parts of daoc, so don't ruin it for yourself and just level fanatically at 'the best place'.

Do some quests, those are fun and you get to see the world of Hibbies
