Can you still get this item?

Its dropped from Lusmorebane the mad changling, and used to be a mage OTD, before it was made into a side quest called traces of madness.

I recently killed Lusmorebane and only got a belt of spryness and its head.

Was really looking forward to the mage item :/

My character is a lvl 32 Eldritch.

Can anybody help?

Stupid question... but: Did you finish the main quest that includes 'Traces of madness'?

This quest is actually bugged. it will be fixed in 1.48.

from 1.48B release notes:

"Quest: Returning for more/Traces of Mad Changelings: Lusmorebane will now give casters Lusmorebane´s Jeweled Necklace when they kill him for the Traces of Mad Changelings quest. Enchanters, Eldritches, and Mentalists who received the Belt of Spryness may return it to Tressa Gorrym´jiarg on the hill above Druim Cain in Bri Leith to exchange it for Lusmorebane´s Jeweled Necklace."

I've not finished the main quest yet, but have completed the side quest "traces of madness", but the next post has answered my question. Thankyou to both of you for trying to help
