made off budget because i'm skint in hib and already have some of the items (like levi ring) just thought i'd share as you don't see many dragon chest piece templates with decent toa bonuses

uses: Dragon chest for HoT proc, slayer arms, slayer head, ml10 legs, ml10 cloak for silence/HoT, tark ring, ml10 spear - would have been nice to have +11 parry but it wouldnt fit :<

Budget, built for items I already had <--- read that part can't afford to splash out on mephs and plaguebringers - mephs especially as they're fucking expensive in hib.

I've done that, + i am trying to get a good dex cap rog ring for my armsman, trying to get something with the stats:

+8 dex cap
+15 heal bonus
dex stat or melee resists / body/matter/energy

meh nowt good yet best so far is an 82 util resist ring with 10% thrust 13% energy 14% crush 4% cold - 60 reformings left to hand in! fingers crossed.

ah well, 60 reforming down nothing super special :< got that resist ring, ring with 9 dex cap 12 con cap and some ok passives and a few other con cap rings.

I bought a rog ring in housing for armsman with 13 constitution, 10% cold resist, 7 dex cap, 15 heal bonus.

Hopefully i can fit it into temp

got a nice ring before (took 180 fucking turn ins tho) 19% heal bonus 12% heat 22 AF 14 con, trying to fit it into a template as we speak - also who the hell gives bracers in hib? i tried Cynere and Klops they both gave belts :S

Nope, it's pure strength. You still need 400 or 500 combined (with quick) for max defense though.
