Hibs have it, it was a "typo" (hibs deserve it, but the real story seems to be that Mythic's secret formula said "Midgard" and some GM's that play on Hibernia said "YEAH RIGHT!").

I don't agree at all. Hibs need some population-loving.
And as for albs getting a penalty, I don't agree there either. Bad enough that they have to play with albs imo (hey, say what you want, most albs are "slow")
