low ping

my ping with 6.1 was 80 - 110 but with 6.5
or 6.6 it is over 250.

I have a cable modem and 128mb of memory so
what can I do.

any help would be great

always worth checking out SAS's tweaking bit on his CS guide here, might be something to do with some setting in the new netcode
