LOTS of LAG.. not normal

Atm, i am getting LOTS of lag which is definately not normal.. the Lag meter is in red most of the time, yellow other times and i cannot play like this

I normally have everything playing very well from this pc, and the other pc i usually play on.

I play from my local net cafe since i first played daoc and it's always been fine.

PC specs are :

Pentium 3 1.3
256 ram
2MEG Line
GE-FORCE 2 GFX card

Anyone help me with this.. even some hints to help would be appreciated

NM , i found out when i remembered to do a tracert on camelot's ip... turns out a router was screwed up along the way.. giving me an average of 1000 ms :// oh well, GL
