Do GOA give you your details if you email them or just ignore you like they have been doing for the past few days?

Just wondering if I should take SI back to the shop or not.

they said in the news they had thousants of emails, but are working though them as fast as they can. tho you won't recieve a reply as fast as you might want to, and should've gotten I should add, you WILL recieve one..

can someone whos gotten their password emailed to them tell me how long it took so I know what I am in store for.
