Hej, was wondering if this is normal?

Ive done the quest about 7 times now trying to get the necky, the first time i done the quest she offered me a crap staff, but every other time she dosent off nothing

Yeah, usually you get alot of Sali'ah scrolls, which is annoying. I've found that its usually N'Chever that gives you the necklace.

the max limit for quest is like 11 or 14 times so you got a few more tries to go xD

Not sure where you get ported to on alb.. but if you get ported to any town other than the one where you hand the scrolls in you can just jump on a horse to the person that gives you the necklace.. can in mid anyway

nah alb is different to mid/hib the one town has all items so you duno whether you getting neckie until you recieve it. Unlike hib/mid where you get ported to some skanky lil town, wher you think aha im getting the neckie

When you have a scroll for N'chever (sp) when you first port your getting the necklace. Mid and hib have the advantage of being able to get the necklace as the first item by simply jumping on a horse, alb you've got to keep doing it till your lucky.
