With what can i do this quest? Cause im interested in the neckie reward.

A healer and a good tank or a healer and any two other classes. Healer can be a Friar or Heretic if you like. Nyaegha pops at random levels and will either be high red con to a 50 or low purple, he's a fairly easy fight as long as you've got someone who can do damage and can keep aggro off the healer.
