hmm will check that.. got it in vault..
although i really REALLY do like shadowed blackthorn mace.. end proc is somewhat nice.. its fast ofc.. more swings=more procs.. more slams i get in with shield. but i guess that aint what u after

It is for my bluntmaster - i cant find a slower MP blunt in hib including galla for a bm - am i missing something or is this quest wep the best blunt in hib?

afaik the chance to procdepends on wpn speed so higher speed = less chance to proc per hit. So overall the procs/minute should be same for slow and fast weapons. Else it would be big time unfair towards 2H users

the galla transmorgfying crystal is 4.5 speed

fyi who cares if its 16.2 or 16.5 if u not rr5 u may aswell use the 16.2 dps one.. since thats all u gonna get from the 16.5 dps..
