Lost Screenies

ok, anyone know where the default file for ingame screenies is?

i can see em using Playonline , but i can find em on my HDD :/

been using fraps for piccys and i cba to load that everytime i play

They not in the game install root dir?

Or maybe in a folder named "ss" or soething similar, do a search in the game root dir or "My documents" for files ending in .bmp, .jpg, .tga...(etc) generic image types, should bring something up.

If not take a look through the manual.

Found this after a long search :/


"Also, FFXI PC's built in screenshot taking device can be used by pressing scroll lock to turn off the menu, then press Print Screen, then the screen shot will be save inside your POL directory like C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SQUARE\PlayOnlineViewer\pub\home01\open\ScreenShots\FFXI. "

But it's well hidden inside 6 gig worth of files, (Also in the POL dir, when you would have thought the FF dir itself) and there's no help in the manual for finding screenies

Givf more screenies please need to feed my addiction until one of these orders actualy arrives.
