lost password query

lo peeps wonder if someone could help...
my card expired this month and so did not pay the subscription and they closed my account,problem is i forgot my account password for billing ...
how do i get back to my old account????
posting here cos most peeps look here,
hope someone can help

there's an option to get a temporary password, just enter the Email you entered in your details and the temp password will be sent to that address.

tried that m8 says need to enter new email address and thing to get temporay password says no longer exists..

I used the email stranger said, gave them my game login, passwwords, some cd keys and server i play on along with chars then got passwords emailed to me.(oh and also gave them my address to prove i am the owner)

they want these things most of the time:

irl address,
e-mail address you signed your account up with,
inlog name, not the password.
a cd-key and a name of a char on any server.

that should be enough information for them to give you your password.

ow, and write your passwords down next time :S

I was in a cleaning frenzy and deleted the sub passwords, I sent support all info except my login passwords. I was suprised (in a good way ) when next day they sent me the Sub passwords :worthy: Yay GOA uhm well you have to cheer at them when do a good thing.

they ahve new thing with there new billing system that lets you get your susb pw in real time, took me less than 5 mins to get mine

have tried everything to get back on but still no joy....
goa keep sending me same answer withh my login name and telling me they dont have my account password ...then below says to activate a new password use this link ..shame the link in there email no longer works..u would think it wouldnt be that hard to actually create me a new 1 instead of sending me the same uselless email that doesnt do any good at all...

have tried all the things suggested above but still not getting the help i need from them

I had exactly the same email, you have to go to that link within 1 hour since your inbox got the mail from them or it doesn't work, email them again and they probably re-send it just make sure you are quick next time.It should work, did for me.
