Lost in the Sands of Time quest

Anyone had problems doing this quest? Im after the 4% cast speed gem it gives but stuck on step 7 where u have to use the metallic dust on the river floor.
I've gone to the exact locations that VoS stated and other web-sites too but doesn't work. Highly irritating, just trying to get cabalist some items without spending ages in toa :z

This is probably obvious but, if it's on the river floor, did you dive all the way down to stand on the bottom of the river? Just saying, because i made that mistake once.. forgot to dive!

Don't be stupid Ero, you love to PvE!. Get a fully toa'd cabby and take LOTS of time to do it

Had some trouble doing this too. AFAIR VoS has wrong coordinates, try to find a different guide with slightly different coordinates. You'll get a message in white as soon as you are at the right coordinates to do it.
