Lost Boys

It has come to my attention again after god knows how many years (13 or so) that this is one of the best soundtracks in existence :)

Through a freaky chain of coincidences a girl I am seeing bought it for me without any knowledge of me ever owning or loving it.

I'll say once more. It is awsome :)

(I may be biased due to the memories it brings back but HAY)

I've not seen the film or heard the soundtrack, so I'm not entitled to an opinion.

I can have one if you're desperate though

don't remember anything other than the doors song ('people are strange/when you're a stranger)

Top film though :)

They are the band singing it on the soundtrack. Cover of a doors song though.

Do me a favour!!
The film was shit and the soundtrack was almost as shit.
The people who bought that soundtrack were the sort who didn't really know anything about music or indeed like anything worth listening to.

I bet Dr Fox has a copy of that CD in his car.

No offence.

Heh heh - as I say no offence. Many moons ago when I was at school everyone seemed to have a copy of the lost boys cd which totally baffled me at the time. And it still does.

And I don't rate the film at all, even given my fondness for 80's madness. Which reminds me; I have to go to play.com and order Brewsters Millions :)

I'll take that as a personal insult seeing as how I started the thread on how good the soundtrack was.

Like I said it was due to a personal fondness and how it brought back some of my more pleasant memories.

In which case you are either a slightly retarded 16 year old or a moron who doesn't appreciate personal opinion. You have an opinion which I appreciate, but the need for personal insult shows what a complete arse hole you are.

The Doors made a lot of superb music imo, though not all thier music was of that standard.
This has little to do with this thread , so ill get me coat .

My apologies - I thought your second post was inviting an opinion.

I obliged and you didn't like it. Too bad.

the lost boys holds a whole load of nice memories for me too leggy - as for the music and speaking as someone who is a full on doors fan echo and the bunnymen's version of People are strange was a good effort

Aye one of my fave films ever... man I love it..

"My own brother a god damn shit sucking vampire..... You wait till mom finds out buddy!" lol

Soundtrack is class like ya say... love the track with that dodgey Tim Capello dude with the sax :p

Although saying that the Roger Daltrey cover of Don't let the sun go down on me is rather "interesting"... hmm I just wouldn't imagine it any more than I'd imagine Elton covering Who are you? or Won't get fooled again or something :p
