Loss & LinkDead Problem (EU & US)

Ok about one week ago i believe, the middle green icon on the performance display kept going red square or green triangle....... It did not matter weather i was in my house or in nf's it happend on and off.... And after a while i would go LD, the timing is random but i would normally be LD within 10mins of playing sometimes, i might stay longer but you cant play with such LOSS...

So im trying to solve the problem, so far i believe its my ISP.... So far i have tried the following steps...

1)Reinstalled DAOC (EU & US) on both a Vista 64x Machine & a Windows XP Machine
2)Checked Wiring, Reset Router
3)pinging the gateway of both EU and US DAOC servers (was fine)
4)tracert with pingplotter/cmd prompt to US and EU servers.. US was fine, how ever EU 3 hop's were unkown (http://www.tomehb.co.uk/eu-daoc.jpg)
5) Reset Router to factory setting
6)contacted nildram(ISP) - Who said that everything seemed ok to both of the gateways that i have given them and that i had no signs of any large amounts of LOS
7)I can play counter-strike without LOSS and being dropped
8)While im having this loss sometimes im connected to TeamSpeak.. and i dont loose connection
9)Moved Router + Computer down stairs to main telephone connection and set it up to try... but same problem happend..
10)Yes i have updated drivers on both machines, yes i have tried ToA, DR, Catacombs, Lab.. I have tried turning checksum off
11) cant see much in event log veiwer....
12)This is really annoyed me Any ideas?

U surely got nothing wrong in the traceroute to Daoc servers (3 hops not responding are setup to avoid responding to icmp and that's it, they are working without problems).
Your list pretty much covers all that normally i would do/check about it, u could probably double check the network card config and or pray to the IT Gods -.-

yeah but the tracert to the US servers finds all hops and i have the same problem there...

and i have tried both networks cards in both machines... with checksum off and on..... really confused..

i think my next steps are.. next week to take my computers around to a friends house to test to see if its the connection.. If it is the connection i will try a new modem at my own home and cables....

any ideas though please reply :)

I think its odd that my max ping is so high on the first hop? but the average seems ok.... could that be it???

it's a spike, u should check in the bottom part if when u get spikes u get complete red bars, that would explain the lds.

you sure i tried double clicking it.. but nothing happends i got PingPlotter Freeware.. seems so im getting the trial version for 30 days downloading now
