Lord Adribard quest

I'm on step 7 of my Cleric level 15 epic, I'm supposed to aid Lord Adribard and Avalon but when I go speak with him I can't, I keep getting the message I need to go to another trainer.

What do I do?

Tried all those already, nothing seems to be helping...

Tully, if you are in the level 15 quest, you need to talk to Belef in Humberton Keep, then go to the guards at the twin towers past the bridge, to whom you /whisper Harish. You then go up to the raised stone circle with Fidith around it, you kill Harish, then return to see Belef.
