i thought thease where removed from teh game ages ago


i asked the guy and he didnt remember where he got it from but the item was a "Medicinal Vial"

i wouldnt mind 1 for a laff any1 knwo where they drop .. or maybe part of a quest item i dunno

It's never 1 specific item that has the gfx of a lootbag, some get fixed/introduced with every patch. For a while the veiled bracer of eyes was equippable too and had the lootbag gfx. There's probably more than 1 such item in every realm in any patch.
