Loosing a Consignment Merchant

Has anyone ever lost a Consignment merchant before from their house? If so how do you get it back?

Reason for my question is. I logged into housing at my house and everything is there apart from my CM.

One of two things has happened.
1: Someone with permissions in your house has picked it up and can't replace it because they are not you.
2: There is a bug that strikes from time to time where your merchant is still there but can't been seen or interacted with, if you try and put a new merchant down you will get told that there is already an object in that hookpoint. It's easy for a GM to fix though, send a report to RightNow with the server and lot number of your house and we can look into it.

Maybe not as significant as losing a CM, but has anyone else had trouble of losing shrubbery around their house? Think it happened with the last patch, not sure though..

Think I saw other houses with gaps in their fences...

you sure it´s not in your invent? I occasionally do stuff in my house and then find some strange object in my incent that turns out to be a desk or a carpet, or even a vault

I've had this happen to two guildies on both occasions the CM was in one of their characters inventories who had accidentally picked it up.

That's what i first thought, but seeing as I checked both my alts inventory's and my husbands, and didn't find anything.
And it is not just one bit missing, its the whole of one side. I was still under the impression it was something I had done myself, until I saw another house where a side of the fence was missing.

It's no big deal realy, maybe the bushes got trampled by the many people visiting my CM just wanted to know if other people had witnessed something similar.

Is the housing system well planned when lots of people accidently pick things up ?

Maybe put some thought into human/computer interaction and re-design some of the interface ?

We think necromancers are stealing them, I spotted one just the other day eating several small areas of my garden..
