Cabbi is a bloody good spell crafter. Charges per total cost of the gems. Give him a nice tip though.

when u recieve the 1st one, u drop it on the ground, and recieve ur 1st again... do that over and over till u want no more, and then finally recieve ur 2nd one to complete the quest.

it can only be done in this patch, so u might wanna hurry

ohh, and i think mythic/goa scans vaults and inventory in a coming patch so others who didnt knew about this bug wont feel they missed something (i sure hope so, cuz i didnt know )
