Played on the Net, it takes place in a world that is alive and kicking every day, every hour. Players are spaceship captains cruising around the universe, trading, fighting and communicating with other players. Beta testing begins before the end of 2001.

I've put my name down for the beta already, this game looks good and I hope it does go live eventually.

I'm a fan of space games anyway, this is really another "Elite Online" style of game, like Jumpgate, but what interests me is the design for Player v Player situations, where you are actually responsible for destroying ships and killing players, plus the prospect of bounty hunting, this should eliminate the "random PK" element that is endemic in too many other MMOGs.

I advise anyone to take a look at this one, and the stories on the website concerning the various races are excellent.
