Interested in being an admin

Hi,
i am 19 years old mature, been playing MOHAA for about 3 months now, always online and play about 7+ hours a day (Totally addicated, so i was wondering if i could be an admin or is there certian qualifications you need for the job lol?
Anyway would be honored to do it so please let me no.
Ps dont no my way round yet so proberly wont find this topic again could you email me about it please thanks

I am willing to dedicate a few hours per day to adminning the BW servers, just out of interest are BW bringing out ff-on servers?
anyway i idle in IRC a lot as: badger/badger84

hi Badger,
If Bw admins are allowed, you as an admin can alter FF on or FF off, by typing in a rcon command such as rcon set g_teamdamage 1 or 0 1= on 0 = off.
I have run a small dedicated server for 7 on a DM match. So i know all the commands practically.

i dont think u understood what i meant. i know that u can change ff through the console but i am sure that the servers would be set to ff-on or ff-off depending on the head admin.

I think what Pacman is saying... is if you need a server admin then use the above method..

Well then,
there is no point to this thread what so ever. Why would anyone want an admin on there server. Before you say it PUBLIC SERVERS.
Who the hell would disconnect from a game and track you down on IRC, only to return to find the tker gone. SO ALL IN ALL POINTLESS. There are enough threads in this forum without having the pointless ones!

many enlightened gamers play whilst connected to irc...
its just a case of hitting alt-enter to put MoH into a window so that u can get access to mirc without disconnecting from the game.

The reason for the thread is that several people have asked "where can I get hold of an admin ?"...

You obviously dont play then

If you played mohaa you would no that ALT + TAB has been disabled in MOHAA, because it causes in-stability in your system. Also i got Windows XP and using the other method such as CTRL + ALT + DEL works but then crashes the game. So like i said you would have to disconnect before you ask i got P4 2Ghz with 1Gbit RDram
