[Looking For] Ranger Template - Ranged - 10/10/10/10 ...

As im getting sick of VN boards and every post turning in to a whine/QQ thread of some sort, I decided to ask here.
Anyone have a solid Ranger template lying around ? I've been trying to make a template my self, but I cant seem to get the numbers the way I want it.

I dont care about the price of the template, just want the stats there. I dont have access to the event items due to the 4+ years break.

Yeah, only 5% if you use the charge on the bow or hands. Missing some skill points here and there aswell, but i cba to cap all of that. What annoyed me the most at that point whas the hp.
Anyways i'm not sure what you could do with the new items (upgraded ml10 loot, new stuff, etc). I hate GoLM, but I needed it for the ToA bonusses. Also Foppish and Whinged Helm could be ditched, but...

It's more to show some items (as requested) as it's has got 9/9/9/10/10/10 ToA bonus :x

And last but not least, Foppish Sleeves and Braggerts bow > all when it comes to looks.

Yeah, only 5% if you use the charge on the bow or hands. Missing some skill points here and there aswell, but i cba to cap all of that. What annoyed me the most at that point whas the hp.
Anyways i'm not sure what you could do with the new items (upgraded ml10 loot, new stuff, etc). I hate GoLM, but I needed it for the ToA bonusses. Also Foppish and Whinged Helm could be ditched, but...

You don't need GoLM anymore for the bonusses, atleast if you go with a fixed bow.

btw i got 28 strength, 22 quickness, 5 piercing leggy on my mainhand when going melee

for 67 str, 96 dex, 51 composite skill piercing...
If your gonna hit a target in melee at some point haha =)

if you mean soulbinders it drops off the dragons or you can buy it
