Looking For Pierce/shield Luwi Hero temp for 1.85

Hi2u all , im here to ask u to help me to make a pierce/shield hero template.

As i have wasted more hours making the template than playing my hero , then please help me to make the temp.

NB! Money aint a problem , faming aint problem, use hardest items if needed and the best u can find!

NB 2 ! If u can make a better temp with stats writen below w/o items writen Below then do it , i only want Traitors Dagger in it xD

Stats Must : Caped Dex/Str , 75+ Con/quic , 300+ hits , 20+ melee resists ,
15+ cast resists (as im gona be solo hero)

Recomended : +11 shield , some pierce and parry (as im gona be Blockbotalot for PvE alls)

Item Must : Traitros Dagger (For its L10 Wisps)

Item Recomendation : Magma Shield (For it best looks) , Harpy Wheater Cloack (Nice L10 charge and kinda good utility)

For PvE, try to swap in some +blocking% items, if you're a blockbot. Don't know what they'd be in Hib, but they make such a difference.

And if i go PvE then i just Swich some gems to +bock/parry/eveid
