Looking for items, ideas?

Im currently working on my template, since its my first once its taking some time, now I am looking for items that could fit into it.

What I need is basically any form of accesores (rings, bracers, gems, amulet, belt) that contains this:

Caster-speed % increase
good dex/qui/con stats
good resists
bonus to AF


Any tips on what items to look into or places to explore, would be very welcome!

Ill try to find some info on the vest and the oracle-item, cloudsong is a no-go most likely, wont be able to get one unless im extremly lucky

a non-artifact i can think of is Bastet Embossed Bracer

ebon hide bracers seem very popular in templates due to the uber resists, iin all templates i've seen they seem to be the mainstay along with the beading resist stones.
