bulb0r, I strongly advise that you change isp, as there is no need for a ping that high even on a modem, may players easily get less then 150. My first guess is that you use AOL uke:

I meant it in a nice way, honest. There are plenty of modem tweaking guides, and I know a man that can help out with init strings (whatever they are) and general tweaking.

Once his connection is a bit better, his game should pick up a lot, and then a clan will find him.
