Looking for Blue man... (48 church Epic)

i'm looking for the 'Blue Man' the level48 cleric epic mob (he's in a little tower) the quest says he's south of Bold but i cant find him. (he used to be near berks pre NF) but had a look there and cant see him.

need help finding the mob so if anyone knows where he is now lemme know cheers.

is this the 1 who has a friend living wit him? and u must search inside his tower for something.
if so i did it on my pally since NF.
its at the v bottom of penines mountains almost boardering on snowdonia.
its loc 41000 63000
it is right by the river. so easiest way is to just follow that down.
either that or u can do wht i do and port to caer hurbury.... run up to tower 4 on its lil hilly plain thing and just drop off the other side.... its v easy to see the tower.
had the blue man and his mate blegrik in... both orange con at 50.
easy for me pally to solo. but if ur cleric would recommend u take help as searching his tower for the thingy can take about 10mins sometimes and they do pop quite fast.
i did find that if u stay right in the back that they dont aggro when they pop but i may have just been lucky. ^_^
