Looking for bard for duo rvr

Looking for a bard for doing a duo in rvr, basically when both of us are not in a full groups etc to play as a duo in rvr,

Does not have to be high rr etc, but with enough utility so that we can compete as a duo against the enemy. Expected to be ml'd and toa'd etc

cb, zoarkat, ctr, eoy, battler, scepter, winged helm, champ harp + full ml10 set give me a pretty good temp, might be changing if I ever get EP credit though
