Why not? If you 'misplaced' (=shift+D?) an item, try using RightNow and get Goa to fix it for you (e.g. reset the quest).

Aye, let goa fix the quest via rightnow.

Whilst RVR-ing, I was cleaning my bags, and threw away an item to complete my epic ....contacted rightnow and they solved it within the week
