ebay does have alot of accounts true...but

they are 99.9% american servers (probably 100 as i havent seen 1)

they are owned by greedy americans who want ridiculous amounts of money for them. o well

really want to play on this server seem like the best out of pryd/excal

it's mostly american accounts for sale atm, because here in europe we haven't had any real nerfs yet. I'm sure the number of people selling their accs. will rise dramatically when we get the clerics nerfed, the archers/minstrels nerfed, the sorcs nerfed, etc etc etc etc
