looking for a mob in toa

Hi i been on 3 to 4 different sites of some locs on belen who is a mob i need for a quest called for a love of a nereid but sadly they seems to be eith wrong for mistaked so i am asking here to see if any of you know where i can find the guy (all i know is that he is in melos territory)

We tried to do "Love of a nerid" quest yesterday and Belen bugged during a little LD-death incident. He hasnt been seen since then.
We have RightNow-ed this and are hoping on GOA to fix this.

BTW: it is the second TOA quest that bugged. The day before Thaos refused to show up on last step of "Gem of Skyros". GOA fixed it overnight thou.

i have done this quest but i made some error of my own (cant remember exactly what but..) anyway i had to wait 24 in game hours (not rl hours...u know what i mean..)

He spawns nighttime only if i remember correct...at that spot with lots of pointy rocks



the sleeves (for caba in my case) are blue conned for L50 however...
