Presumptious from the point of view that you typed "...thousands of other players like you and me". Those things certainly don't apply to me, well not all of them anyway. The main one that does is time - I am rarely home from work until after 7 PM. I'm sure I could lead a raid if I choose to. Equally, VoS and previous raid experiance should give anyone all the knowledge they need.

The hard part is getting numbers these days when people have so many demands on their in-game time.

this was the "skills" part since it takes one hell of a leader to keep control of your ml hungry zombie minions


and yeah i do realise you can use VoS for SOME of the encounters, but let me know when you got the "time"(snice thats the only thing you need) to do this ml4 raid, ill defenitly come along.

I have the skillz! (to wipe an entire raid), the knowledge (well it's on VoS ) , could probably make the time.

All I lack is the motivation to bother and the patience to put up with random raid people for a few hours
