Looking for a good Shadowblade template

I'm trying to make a good Sahdowblade template for 1.68 but i just can't seem to make a decent one that caps almost everything. Was wondering if anyone have made or know someone that have made a good Shadowblade template for SZ with the following 6 artifacts included:

Shade of Mist - Maddening Scarlars - Belt of Sun - Battler - Ring of Dance - Golden Scarab vest.
