Looking for a decent item

Ello! I'm looking for a decent necklace, or any old crap really that has these stats or similar:

Hits 30
Con 18 or +
Qui 18
Matter 6% or +
Energy 6% or +

Does anyone know if anything similar drops in ToA (hib) or that could possibly supply a good link where I can search for drops

http://camelot.allakhazam.com/ is a good place to start looking.

Also try a cm search for ROG’s. Had to do a similar thing on my scout when I added some artis.

Hehe god damn got that right m8 hehe, it's quite mad how ToA turns things around, you used find your non crated 1st then spellcraft. But now im finding that I'm having to find none crafted items last!

I spent 2 hours looking for a gem on the CM's on Saturday that matched the new NF artefact hehe, got damn close to apart from 1 stat, damn I was lucky

since TOA, even ROG staffs are way better than anything you can craft, maybe its time the added 'all focus levels xx' to SC.
