Looking for a certain short-film horror movie, may be spanish.

I remember it was posted on OT some time ago. It might be just a trailer, or it is a really short movie, because its duration is only about 2 minutes or such.

There are two young girls (daughters?) waiting for their mommy to come home. So they go down the stairs (inside their home?) and they see what seems to be their mother. She is moving in a strange fashion and doesnt seem to be normal. When she spots them she starts twitching and charges for them really quick, up the stairs. Or some such.

Sounds like a scene you'd find in "28 Days Later" or "28 Weeks Later".
The Rage virus causes twitching and unnatural behaviour in the infected, and they sprint at you when they see you.

its only about 2 minutes long and its these two girl with i think a goldfish bowl? who freak out when they hear 'mama' has come home.

Its actually really good/scarey.
