My friar is about to be needing a new staff, but as I was having trouble locating the place where fletchers hang out, I'm trying my luck here.

I'm looking for someone to craft (fletch?) me a Runewood Quarterstaff. If you want to help me out, leave a price, a name where I might msg you or catch me if I'm online. Char name is Goldmoon.

Try Diogel, SI country.
Get on a horse from Gothwaite Harbor, and wait till the horse throws you off.
Or do a /who legendary and /send them a message if there is a legendary fletcher.
