Lookin for a tailor to make and sell me AF 50 99% leather suit for a friar wit the leather robe if possible pm Zenny in-game and give me a price.

The first problem you are gonna encounter here if it is really af.50 (for level 25) that u want, there is no af.50 Leather robe ^^
As friar you are supposed to trade your leather robe in @ your trainer in cammy, every 5 levels, till level 30, and therefore the first crafteable leather robe is af.62 (for level 31)

prob is i was on a bit of a lvl spree and forgot to trade the robe in at lvl 10 and so missed it is it still possible to trade in even tho i missed lvl 10? as im now lvl 20.

The trainer does not discriminate against trading in the lower level robes. So yes, you can trade your robe in even if you've missed a chance to get a new one a few times.
