The amusment is in the politeness I think...
if he'd been going 'haha! stole your kill! nyah nyah!' it wouldn't have been nearly as funny.

Sure, it's a different game, but Blart's swamp defence remains a bunch of true classics.
Fansy the Famous is also available on that site, his tales were so influential that the gamesmasters instilled rules on the no-rules pvp server.

A level 9 ranger did something similar to my level 19 bard, who was soloing parths at the farm - after I pulled one and started hacking at it, he plunked an arrow into it from what he thought was a safe distance.
Unfortunately for him, when my bard is soloing she pulls with confusion spells. As soon as he hit the parth and gave it a second target, it headed straight for him and bashed him down to half health with one blow. From that point I was struggling to DD the parth and try to keep its aggro while casting heal spells on the idiot. Somehow when I finally killed it he was still alive, and when I asked him what the hell he thought he was doing, he replied with something like, "I could not stand by and do nothing while a lady as fair as you was in mortal danger from that terrible beast, even if it meant the cost of my own life." Not so much a griefer as a loquacious kill stealer, but as Excalibur is not a PvP server, I let him live.
