From that screenie you are looking up...therefore if target is higher than you, then your range is decreased, thought all archers knew this.

aussie u have no right to call anyone a cheater mate sorry but i have my opinions about u mate if im wrong im wrong ;/

at cruch other night died got rezed was sat down stealthed 2mins later i died from an arrow hmmmmmmmm.

got rezed again stealthed 2mins later died again both times from u mate had alot of witnesses to that too

u said u never hit me which is true , i evaded the only shot u took at me , then u complain about u never took a shot of me :rolleyes:

and im not the first person to be up there , an alb scout was , cant remember his/her name

and finally ...... alb scouts can shoot from the lords tower in the hib keeps , there is no way for any ranged character to hit them , so it that cheating too ??????? :rolleyes:

I dont think thats the problem, the fact that the Luri on that roof, were on a place not intended to be visited, and gained an advantage. in other words h3's a Ch347z0r

Is this about the person the wooden hut thing on the wall? Or the weather vane thing on top of the gate tower?

If it's the wooden hut thing, then in practically every keep take I have been in defense or attack, someone has been killing from that roof.

I can mezz them and my mezzing range is much sorter then a bow range, what's the problem?

There was a wizard killing from the lords tower too at scath last night - Vulcan and I saw it, we called Darkelf over because void eld has range...sadly he was eating :D

Aussie - how many rp's am I worth now, or was I still rez sick?

If that is Xero stood on top of the door tower then yes he is cheating if another person using a ranged attack cannot hit him.

Definition of cheating using ranged attacks is...

The attacker is in a position to attack BUT cannot be attacked by two different ranged attackers ie on top of buildings, inside walls etc.

Did you get a mage to try and blast him etc?

It should also be pointed out that at a recent crau attack I was shot by Aussie, auto-faced , was shot again yet he did not appear above the wall? I do not bother screen shotting. If that's how people get their jollies, then hey thats fine.

the trick gave me too much rp's :p

still alot rangers saw where i was and attacked me, not my fault they are rp greedy or wanna get my head alone, not telling mages where is was :)

Being on a place where you are not intended to be at, and gaining access to that place useing a bug ( ei jumping through the roof ), are Bug use period.
It's then up to GOA to determind if the Bug abuse are serious enogh to ban the user.
Just becuz every1 does it doesnt mean it's legal.
90% of us use Warez does that make warez legal ?

yes a mage blasted me (aoe i think ) as i said i was almost killed :rolleyes:

and u where on the lords tower , doesnt take a genius to work that out..... if u consider where i was cheating , then shooting from the lords tower is even more of a cheat

eg. where i was standing i could be hit by ranged attacks , archers and mages

on the lords tower u cant be hit not by a archer or a mage

everyone can simple walk up to the Lord's Tower and smack him with a weapon. but standing on top of the gatehouse ( or even the wooden hut) gives you an unfair advantage and can be considered cheating. If you want an unfair advantage get a buffbot like everyone else, dont abuse game-mechanics...

You can get hit by melee and every ranged attack in the game when you stand on the hut
