Why does it say that we are a low pop server and if you want move your chars "AWAY" from it or if you are new to WAR select a different server ?

Karak Hirn is one of the top three most populated servers in the EU. It doesnt make sense.

The message itself is misleading, it is infact an opportunity for Spanish gamers who joined English servers to rejoin a server in their own country.

We are aware of the message in the character screen and it is showing up because Karak Eight Peaks, Eltharion and Karak Hirn are origin servers for Spanish people who want to move back to the Spanish server.

We agree that the message is misleading and we will be removing it (and the option to transfer to Montañas Negras) shortly to avoid confusion.
