Login issues

Ok so I have 2 accounts. 1 US and 1 EU.
Since I havent played in awhile I would like to take the 10 free days that are offered to players coming back.

But when I try to activate it on my EU account it says its not eligible because the account must have been closed for 90 days or more, Well my EU account have been closed for 2 years?

My US account works well to claim the 10 days. But when I try to log in to the game it says wrong account or password? And Yes I have write it correct.

They opened/gave free week for EU accounts a while back. Including yours.

It could possibly be another 60 days if they take the last "open" state as being the end of the free month from around a month ago, or 90 days if they've reset the last open state when migrating all those accounts across.

fixed that now.....

But it still says Wrong account or password?
I even copy the text from accountmanagement site to be 100% sure
that it is the same.
