I've got some problems logging into Warhammer Online : Age of Reckoning

I have forgotten my password and the secret question aswell so when I press "forgotten password?" I cant get it to my mail because of the SQ

Since I'd like to have the same mail, making a new account is out of question

So any advice on how to get my password back, or can you cancel your account from your mail without having the pw?

Or maybe a mailadress to those who's in charge of login

Tbh the website and the customer service is actually doing my nut. Wont put me off the game necessarily but ya does make me weary...

The EU warhammer support is reached at war-betacenter@goa.com , quite a feat getting thru to them though.

Make sure you email from the email registered to your account, specify your login name and so on and so forth - add as many details as you can remember!
And don't forget to describe your problem.

I had a real rough time getting my password reset, had the same problem as you.
