Logging problem concerning chars in marfach :P

I have/had two chars logged in marfach and I can't get to them now. Anyone know what to do?? I know Marfach is gone but would be nice if I could get my chars back

I believe if you submit a Right Now, making sure to include the relevant character's names, then GoA will be able to 'unstick' them for you and put them back in a normal part of the Realm.

should put you to the char screen the first time you login then a second login should take you to your bind, much like people logged in the old frontiers? or is that not working for you?

Nope, wish it did.... at first it will try to log in.. I get one of the login pics and the bar that tells you how far it is... then it stops. I can access the other chars by pressing escape but even then can't log my bard or shade
