logging on trouble

Having trouble logging on. I can get through to the loading screen but it wont get past this. Sometimes i lose internet connection completely other times it will just sit there on the loading screen and not do anything but play that cool music!!

If there is anybody who can help it would be greatly appreciated.

try open command.com

and write "tracert 193.252.123.33"

thats ip on the excalibur server, see if it times out somewhere, it will timeout on the 3rd last server i reckon, its when it hit the GOA firewall.

he doesn´t mean command.com.. just command.
click start, then command, then the tracert

ohh sry for the technical explanation, should have said how to run it

and btw.. writing: cmd, command or command.com is all the same

sounds kinda like your character could be trouble, i hope you have sorted out your technical probs
